The Aeroclub de Almería (Almería Flying Club), located at Almería Airport, offers flying lessons and aircraft rentals. Offering you a choice of two types of small aircraft (a Piper Warrior or a Commodore Rally), both carrying up to four passengers, a pleasure flight will cost you no more than €150/hr (£104/hr approximately). If you have always wanted to try your hand at flying, the club even offers a program called Your Initiation to Flight designed specifically for you. Aircraft can of course also be rented by more experienced pilots.

There is another airfield near Mojacár offering microlight, paramotor, autogyro and small aircraft flights. The operating company is called Indalo-Wings Microlight Flight Centre, and welcomes people of all experience levels for all-year-round flights.
