The prices below are per night/week, for the entire Cortijo, and are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

RIDING FEES

20 per person per hour for ad hoc rides (for example, 1 person, 1 hour per day, 3 times during your stay)

Special rates apply for riding several days and longer treks (for example, 4 people, 4 hours per day, 6 consecutive days, including lunch)

You let us know when and for how long you wish to ride and we will quote you a total price.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

You will receive or have access to the following:-

  • Self-catering accommodation at Finca Los Tigres, staying in the fully equipped El Cazador traditional farmhouse
  • Use of the farmhouse’s own solar heated swimming pool and grounds, which amount to eleven acres
  • A Welcome Pack upon arrival (per group), including essentials such as shampoo, water and snacks
  • An Information Pack at the property with lots of useful content to help make your stay productive and enjoyable
  • A caretaker who will introduce you to the stables, take care of any special requests/requirements as well as make restaurant and other bookings on your behalf, as and when needed
  • An assessment of your riding ability
  • Individual, expert, pairing of each rider with his or her own horse for the week
  • Necessary riding equipment including caps (BUT NOT INCLUDING BOOTS)
  • A week filled with horse riding activities, treks, accompanied or unaccompanied trail rides, perfecting your skills in the large enclosed field or in the Picadero (ring), possibility to help clean, feed and groom your horse, or just hang out and talk to the horses. Riding usually takes place in the morning or late afternoon depending on the temperature and lasts between two and four hours, depending on your preference. Afternoons and evenings are free to pursue other activities, go sight seeing or relax. There is usually a day to let the horses rest and to let you explore An unusual client at the bar...the region a bit more, but this will be discussed with you and is entirely flexible and, of course, also dependent on the weather situation
  • Access to the stables' cool and calm bar area when the hot sun gets too much or you are waiting for riders to return
  • Freedom to help out with feeding, cleaning and other activities at the stables if you wish to
